The dealership is amazing because of how helpful all the staff is to make the customer satisfied! YES for knowledge of repairing vehicle. The price quote for repairs are definitely deceptive! But the service writers were very helpful.

Stopped in researching options for a lower monthly car payment. Worked with Chris Norton and the process was simple and low pressure. Got me out of my current lease and into a new CR-V at the price I was comfortable with. Chaka was really nice too and helped me quickly get through all the paperwork. Overall comfortable experience and everyone was personable and helpful.
I went in to DHH on 1-20 and seeing what my options were on purchasing are vehicle. My credit wasn’t very good. I had Joe the sales help me get started and did an awesome job. Then Brad the sales manager and finance team got me approved for a brand new 2023 HRV. I highly recommend DHH, they treated me as part of the family not just a customer.

We purchased two vehicles from David Hobbs Honda, it was a good experience because we were not subjected to the typical high pressure sales tactics used by many car dealers. We take our vehicles there for regular maintenance as well, the service department is thorough and friendly.
I had taken my car to two mechanics before David Hobbs Honda. The first said they couldn’t fix it and it would be a $1000 plus repair at the dealership. The second mechanic said they couldn‘t fix it. Took it to David Hobbs Honda and it turned out to be a simple fix for less than $160. Thanks David Hobbs Honda.

Prompt, professional service. Comfortable waiting area with a shuttle service to nearby locations. Drive from Milwaukee's far south side just because the people are so pleasant to work with. The primary area for improvement would involve having the service writers being able to explain exactly "why" Honda recommends certain preventive maintenance.
