No rental car plan for the week car would be informed shop. Added services without authorization and incorrectly quoted repair by a thousand dollars.
We found the car we liked at an agreeable price. But, we thought we were clear that we declined the protection package. When we picked up the car it had been done and on the invoice. Don't know what happened. Also the car was missing a couple features that were listed on the Auto Trader ad. Other than that the sales process was good.

Tom Dulaney and his team , Chris, and Dylan made a little bit of a Shaky start turnaround in a very positive way. All issues solved and this Ridgeline looks really great. They picked the vehicle up and left a nice courtesy vehicle with me and returned my fit and finished new vehicle detailed, repaired with a full tank. How issues in this business are handled tells you a lot about the people you are working with. These guys aim to please, no hesitation recommending this dealership. Scheduled an appointment to come test drive an accord EX. My sales rep was kind, and answered my questions. The test drive process was good, no issues.
